A Zanzini conquistou o Prêmio na categoria grande empresa, competindo com grandes empresas destas regionais.
A avaliação consistiu em um relatório de gestão, preparado pela empresa, além de auditoria realizada pelo SENAI (Serviço Nacional da Indústria), que verificou a forma como a empresa é gerenciada, em relação a Plano Estratégico, Processo de Fabricação do Produto, Gestão de Pessoas, Gestão Mercadológica, entre outros.

October 2005 – 4th Place in the Administration of People, Valor Carrier, in function of the excellent practices propitiated by Zanzini in it`s Administration of People.

September 2005 – Fifth in the Guide Exam of the “Best Enterprises For You to Work” edition 2005.
Mobile Zanzini was classified in fifth place, recognition granted by the publishing April, through the Magazines Exam and Você S.A., in function of its practices and initiatives of social and personal responsibility.

December 2004 - Mais 30 colaboradores da ZANZINI concluíram o programa educacional supletivo – ensino médio pelo método Telecurso 2000, que foi realizado em parceria com as instituições SESI e SENAI. Os alunos iniciaram as aulas no mês de janeiro de 2003 e com muito empenho e dedicação deles e de seus orientadores conseguiram realizar um grande sonho, concluir o ensino médio (2º grau). No dia 16 de dezembro, foi realizada a sessão solene de formatura na sala de convenções do Hotel Estância Santa Paula, e segundo a diretora da qualidade e gestão de pessoas, Sra. Denise Zanzini Torrano; “... nada terminou, quem quiser continuar estudando, pode contar com a ZANZINI”. Parabéns a todos.

In July 2002 the Founding Class of workers who lacked Prime Schooling received their certificates at Zanzini Furniture. The educational project started in January 2001 inside the company through TV Broadcast classes, (TC 2002) by the Roberto Marinho Foundation and Pedagogic Supervision of SENAI. In the event, 33 workers received their certificates

December, 2003 - Zanzini was classified, for the second serial year, as one of the eleven models of Social Responsibility of the Guide Exam of Good Corporate Citizenship that evaluates the practice and projects of social responsibility that the company maintains with the Community, People and Environment.

November, 2003 - 1st Place in Reward Sesi of Quality in the Work 2003, in national ambit, granted by Sesi/Ciesp, for the second serial year.

September, 2003 - 1st Place in Reward CNI, in the category Quality and Productivity in State ambit, granted by Fiesp/Ciesp.

May, 2003 - Finalist of the Reward Planet House, granted by the Publishing April, through the Magazine Claudia, in function of its social program of garbage recycle, denominated Program Recycles.

2002 - Zanzini was classified as one of the eleven models of Social Responsibility of the Guide Exam of Good Corporate Citizenship, that evaluates them you practice and projects of social responsibility that the company maintains with the Community, People and environment.

July 2002 – ISO 9001 Certification to the Quality Managerial System for Zanzini Furniture, issued by BVQI Certifiers.

May 2002 – Nominee for the South American Quality Prize, By the Brazilian Association of Quality Incentive.

May 2002 – APAE Friendly Company Certification of Dois Córregos, issued by APAE – Dois Córregos.

December 2001 – 3 rd place of the Sesi Quality Prize – State level, issued by Sesi/Ciesp.

January 2001 – Charity Certificate , issued by the Municipal Hospital of Dois Córregos.

December, 2000 - Certification ISO 9002 to the System of Administration of the Quality Mobile Zanzini, for the organ certifier BVQI;

August 1999 – Child Friendly Company Certificate – issued by the Abrinq Foundation for the Rights of Children and Adolescents.
