1. Who we are

This website is maintained by P. B. Zanzini & Cia. Ltda. (Zanzini Móveis), CNPJ 54.113.683/0001-12, located at Rua Sebastião de Oliveira Lima, 240, Setor Industrial I, Dois Córregos, SP, Brazil, CEP 17302-106. Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD), Zanzini is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you enter in the website forms:

• Contact and Export: name, company, country, email, phone (optional) and message.
• Retailer: name, store name, city/state, phone, email and message.
• Careers: name, email, phone, city, area of interest, résumé in PDF and message.

3. How we use the data

We use the data to answer your inquiry, forward retailer requests to the sales representative for your region, handle export requests and assess job applications. We do not use the data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Legal basis

We process the data based on your consent when you send the form, on preliminary steps related to a contract (such as retailer and importer requests) and on Zanzini’s legitimate interest in answering the messages it receives (article 7 of the LGPD).

5. Who we share it with

The data may only be shared with:

• Web3Forms, the service that receives the Contact, Retailer and Export form messages and forwards them to our email;
• Locaweb, the website hosting company, through which résumés sent via the Careers form are transmitted;
• Zanzini’s sales representatives, when the inquiry comes from a retailer in the region they serve.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of the contact and to comply with legal obligations. Résumés are kept for up to 6 months for future openings, and you may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as information on sharing and withdrawal of consent (article 18 of the LGPD). Just write to the address in section 10.

8. Cookies and external services

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which makes your browser connect to Google’s servers and share your IP address. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies.

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
