Between 2002 and 2018, Zanzini was recognized year after year as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil and Latin America.
Sixteen consecutive years in the ranking of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Brazil (Great Place to Work), fourteen years among the Best Companies in Brazil (Exame / Você S/A guide) and fourteen years among the 100 best in Latin America. In the same period, the company was awarded by the Exame Sustainability Guide five years in a row, received the SESI Quality at Work Award with three national first places, and won first place in the Banco do Brasil Foundation Social Technology Award.
